Recognizing and Working with Addiction in Private Practice Therapy Sessions

Presented by Jim Seckman, CEO of the MARR Addiction Treatment Center.
Three (3) CE Hours (approved by LPCA and GAMFT, also pending approval from GSCSW).

Since a large percentage of the clients that therapists see in their private practice are struggling with addiction issues (either for themselves or a loved one), it is imperative to be aware of and understand the characteristics and symptoms of addictive disorders and addictive thinking. This workshop will assist private practice therapists in recognizing and understanding what they are experiencing with their clients and how to address the issues initially.
